Order of Thanksgiving Prayer of the Republic of Armenia - Right before Hayr Mer (Lord's Prayer), Fr. Aren will conduct the Service of Thanksgiving for the 23rd Anniversary of the Republic of Armenia.
Requiem Service (Hokehankisd) - Page 56 of the Divine Liturgy Book - Requiem Prayers will be offered today for the soul of Naomi "May" Nahabedian requested by the Nahabedian Family.
Altar Flowers - The flowers adorning the altar today are presented to the glory of God by Sadie & John Marcantonio in memory of Naomi "May" Nahabedian.

Prayer Requests - For those who request Hokehankisd (Requiem Service) or to enter a loved one's name on the prayer list, please call the church by Thursday of that week for printing in the Sunday bulletin. Requiem Service may take place during the entire year (including Lent) except for the 5 Tabernacle Feast Days.

Nicene Creed: Together, we shall recite the Nicene Creed (The Profession of Our Faith) on Pages 18-19 of the Divine Liturgy Book found in the pews.
Confession and Communion - For those who wish to receive Holy Communion are asked to remain in their pews and together read the "Confession and Absolution" on Page 48 of the Divine Liturgy Book. When taking Communion, make the sign of the cross and say: I have sinned against God - Megha Asdoozo. Ladies must have a head covering when approaching the Holy altar.

Town Hall Meeting - Following church services there will be a Town Hall Meeting.
Our New Saints - On Thursday, September 24, beginning at 8:00pm. our monthly Catechism will focus on the diocesan video A Cloud of Witnesses. Fr. Aren will lead a discussion on the new saints of the Armenian Church.
Fr. Aren will be in the church office on Monday from 2:00-5:00pm. On Wednesday Fr. Aren will be in New York for the Diocesan Council Meeting.
