Requiem Service (Hokehankisd) Page 56 of the Divine Liturgy Book. Requiem Prayers will be offered today for the repose of the soul of Siva Martin requested by the Mardirossian Family and Kaprelian Families.

 Light of St. Gregory

Thank you to the Karachorlu Family for taking the responsibility of the cost of Keeping both Lights of St. Gregory" illuminated for the month of November. 

 

 

 Participation and Etiquette

Parishioners are encouraged to recite the Nicene Creed together on pages 18-19 of the Divine Liturgy Book, as well as the Confession on page 48 in preparation for receiving Holy Communion. 

Please refrain from entering the sanctuary during the: Lections, Nicene Creed, Chalice Procession, singing of the Hayr Mer (Lord’s Prayer), Der Voghormya (Lord have mercy), reading of Confession, Holy Communion and sermon. Once you have entered the sanctuary, kindly remain until the conclusion of the service. When approaching the priest to receive Holy Communion, make the sing of the cross and say, “Megha Asdoodzo” or “I have sinned against God.” Ladies must have a head covering when approaching the Holy Altar.
